Ted is responsible for Advertising. Each club gets two 'free' ads in MOA. Ad copy for May has to be delivered to MOA 2 months before the delivery month. Ad can be 4.75" wide x 4.875" tall and you can email as a pdf, tiff or eps file. Read the tech sheet *.pdf for details. The pdf is by far the easiest to work with.

Your files should be a finished or "camera ready" format. If you have any questions, call or email.
Irv Seaver BMW, BMW of San Diego, North County BMW, BMW of Long Beach

These are the BMW dealers that support the Big Bear Rally in a substantial way. They need to be contacted early and often. Always leave 'Rally Registration' forms, 'Rally Description' pages, and a 'Rally Poster' at their site. Use their bulletin boards and Parts Counters as the best places to leave and keep a supply of these publications.
Malcolm Smith, Browns BMW, West Valley Cycle BMW Dealers that provide rally prizes and may provide more if asked and if the person asking does business at their store. West Valley is the oldest BMW dealership (that is still in the same family) in the U.S.
Ventura BMW, Hollywood BMW [Honda] Have not supported the rally so far. We hope that will change in '07.
Friction Zone and Free 2 Wheel Two free publications that should list our rally in their pages. They need advance notice of the rally (in December) to publicize.
BMW Club WebsitesPhil Blackstone and Bill Reitz have contacted all BMW clubs in the western states with rally information. Club members do a fine job of publicizing events if they have the information and documentation (registration, description, logo).
ADV RiderJim Budimyla and Keil Gillis have put the Big Bear Rally on the website.
Sport-Touring.NetMike Moon and Keith Barbour have put notice of the Big Bear Rally on this website.
